A well-respected General Practitioner and Anti-Aging Medicine expert in the UAE, Dr. Mishel Makary is a strong advocate for integrative, science-based wellness rooted in both preventative and aesthetic medicine. As an innate leader and passionate visionary, he has served as the Medical Director of Everlast Wellness Medical Center in Abu Dhabi since 2016, guiding its evolution into one of the region’s leading destinations for health optimization, aesthetic care, and longevity strategies.

Dr. Makary earned his Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from Assiut University and completed his specialization in Family Medicine at Suez Canal University. He later pursued his passion for longevity science with a Doctorate in Anti-Aging Medicine from the renowned American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M) in Florida, establishing himself as a pioneer in the field.

Throughout his career, Dr. Makary has mastered a wide scope of expertise including internal medicine, chronic disease management, dermatological aesthetics, and surgical support. His commitment to innovation and patient-centered care is reflected in his creation of personalized anti-aging programs, combining advanced diagnostics with lifestyle-based approaches to healthspan extension.

As a licensed physician by both HAAD in Abu Dhabi and Egypt’s Ministry of Health, and as a proud member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M) and the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP), Dr. Makary continues to contribute actively to global medical progress.

Beyond his clinical leadership, he has participated in humanitarian missions across Egypt, Iraq, and Syria, offering essential medical support to communities in crisis. A dynamic individual, he is also an accomplished musician and outdoor enthusiast, living by the very wellness principles he promotes.
